How long does a build take?
It depends on scope — a simple site can be live in a couple of weeks, while larger builds with custom AI features take longer. Your quote comes with a clear timeline, and we keep you updated as the build progresses.
What does ongoing support cover?
Hosting, uptime monitoring, AI model and API cost management, prompt tuning, content changes, and priority support. Support plans are optional and scoped to your project — we'll include the details in your quote.
Are we locked into one AI provider?
No. We use the best AI models available for the job and design our systems so you're never tied to a single vendor — models can be swapped without rebuilding your bot from scratch.
Can I add an online store later?
Yes. A full store backend — catalogue, cart, checkout, payment and order handling — can be added to a suitable build at any time. It's scoped and quoted like any other feature, with the timeline impact agreed up front.
