Built to be found
The page titles, headings, descriptions and structured data (a machine-readable summary of your business that search engines and AI assistants read) are set up on every website before launch. What this means for you: you are not paying again later to fix the basics.
A fixed price, agreed first
You get a written scope and a fixed quote before any work starts. Anything outside it is quoted separately and only goes ahead with your approval. What this means for you: the price you agree is the price you pay.
You own what is built
The build price buys the finished website and its code. AI automations are built inside your own accounts, not a platform of ours. What this means for you: you are never locked in.
One person, start to finish
Your message goes to Sam, who scopes the work and does it. There is no account manager or ticket queue. What this means for you: answers come from someone who knows your project.
Local research
What we found checking 88 local business websites
In July and August 2026 we checked the websites of 88 independent businesses around Newcastle-under-Lyme. 40 of the 72 that loaded scored zero on the on-page basics that tell search engines what a page is about, and 16 web addresses did not serve a working website at all, usually because a domain renewal had not gone through.
What this means for you: the things that most often hold a local website back are invisible from the front and usually quick to fix. The full write-up and the anonymised data are in I surveyed 88 local businesses.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost?
Every website is quoted individually as a fixed price, based on what it needs to do. You get the quote and a timeline in writing before any work starts. A monthly plan for hosting, SEO and upkeep is optional and runs for a minimum of 6 months, then month to month with 30 days' notice.
What is GEO?
GEO stands for generative engine optimisation: making sure AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers can find your website, read it, and be confident they have the right business. It overlaps heavily with good technical SEO, and both are covered by SEO Management.
Do you work outside Staffordshire?
Yes. We work in person across Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and Cheshire, and remotely with businesses anywhere in the UK over video calls and shared previews.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The build price buys you the finished website and its code. The monthly plan, if you choose one, pays for keeping it hosted and looked after, not for owning it.
Do you build chatbots?
Chatbot work is now offered as white-label work for web design and digital agencies, delivered under the agency's own name. For your own business, AI Setup is usually the better starting point.
